Throughout its history, the Chicago-based private equity firm Code, Hennessy, and Simmons made investments in over 395 businesses and invested $2.9 billion of capital. After Code, Hennessy and Simmons completed the raise of its fifth fund, founders Andrew Code, Daniel Hennessy, and Brian Simmons transitioned the firm to the next tier of management under the name CHS Capital. Grady Campbell was tapped to work with senior management to assist in the rebrand and repositioning of the firm.
