JDL Development was founded in 1993 by Jim Letchinger and has since gained recognition as one of Chicago’s premier developers. JDL properties are built with state-of-the-art construction and world-class design. Over the past 20 years, JDL has focused on developing luxury high-rise apartments and condominiums, urban retail and mixed-use, single-family homes, townhomes, and student housing. Grady Campbell created the JDL logo along with advertisements, websites, displays and presentations.
